  4. I would like to be able to list Invoice items in US$ then, after the sub-total, convert to GB£ for the total due (adding the rate myself)

    Not quite critical. I have a clunky workaround. But I'd like it a lot.
    Could add the exchange rate myself until such time as an integrated exchange rate available.
