    This is a basic for accounting software, to tell us profitability by item or by customer, etc. Why can't we do this already?

    I agree. I need to show photos on my invoices and estimates, however, the only templates that allow that, ONLY have the option to have the billing address on there. A lot of my customers have a different shipping address than the billing address. This is almost making me give up on Zoho and go back to Xero. I need to be able to customise my paperwork better.
