    We are deciding to move away from Zoho as there are plenty of essential feature such as multi-currency, auto-addition of transaction surcharge for credit card payments are missing from years now.

    Things are pretty slow at Zoho Invoices. The things I see in 'planned' category are there from months and nothing is changing as far these are concerned (not even being moved from planned to under development). Not sure other than planned status something is being done here.

    The other feature requests are not even being looked into, leave aside ever going to the development stage. Quite frustrating. This way more and more people will move to other software rather than waiting for years.

    Hello everyone,

    As a first step towards meeting this requirement, we’ve provided the option to attach the list of unpaid invoices and send it to your customers. It will be available while choosing to email the customer statement.

    (Refer “Send list of unpaid Invoices”)

    Earlier, the customer statement cannot be customized to filter a specific set of invoices and we believe this enhancement of sending the list of unpaid invoices alone would serve as a workaround :)

    We’ll keep you posted on any further progress on this.
