As also in Europe, I have done many tests (logo, margins, etc.), but without success.
I use as base model "Continental".
It seems that the problem would be solved if it were possible to exclude the field "Balance due" - Who is the only non-editable field or select in the "Document Information" of the model. This should be corrected in order to eliminate it from the display !For A4 paper, the first recipient's address line of text should be positioned below 56mm from the top and from right 87mm - With an envelope (C5/6) of 100 x 44mm window.

Good news (for contacts), but it does not solve the issue. (Organization/Company addresses).
The suggestion could also be related - in order to "Preferences" > "General" choose a second... format in the "organization's address field format" (Only displayed in PDF).
