  2. Adding more Shipping carriers in Europe (Aftership)

    I strongly suggest adding more shipping carriers or allowing adding links to shipped packages so our company and clients can track each shippment.

    For example: Shopify has a lot of carriers, but also an option to add your own link.In our company we use https://www.aftership.com/ where detects each carrier automaticlly.

    Otherwise add Spanish carriers: SEUR, CORREOS, etc...

  3. Improved Comments for Contacts

    Include the comments section for a contact that is in Zoho Book, in Zoho Inventory.

    At the moment my staff using Inventory have to go into books to record a comment against a Contacts, even though they can read comments for Contacts left in books.

    Make workflow very unproductive.

    Best of all would be a comments tab that listed all comments against a Contact, including those against sales orders, invoice, shipments etc.. in the one view (maybe with a little icon to help differentiate)

  4. Auto update delivery status

    It would be nice to have the delivery status update automatically and mark itself as delivered if tracking number was entered. It's a hassle to update every individual tracking to 'delivered' manually.

  7. Batch Management - Retail and Food Industry

    Your inventory module doesn't handle batches. Is there any way that I can add additional fields in the Item table so as to add Batch Code?

  8. Track items with previous transactions

    Items cannot be tracked if they are involved in a previous transactions. We need this function! The only work around is clone the item and start tracking inventory on the new one, but there is no way to delete the original item because it has had transactions with it. You can mark inactive but that leaves every other item as a duplicate in your inventory which is worthless. I only need simple item tracking and this program still can't do it!

  10. Bluedart Integration

    Bluedart shipping and tracking integration would be a great addition for India. Their API is really simple we were able to integrate it into our system within a day.

  12. have a look at your translations

    I really like the product and want to implement for our e-commerce website it but as a Swedish speaking user I am sorry to say that the translations are off to the extent that Zuho is virtually unusable (in that language).

    For some part (like descriptions) it doesn't matter that much but for menus and settings you should have a professional translator have a look at them.

    I will give you some examples from Zoho Inventory:

    • "Items" should read "Artiklar", "Item Groups" should read "Artikelgrupper", and "Item Adjustments" should read "Artikeljusteringar". Calling them "objekt" is the same as calling "items"…

  13. Sales price markup calculater.

    The ability to add a markup feild meaning when you enter the cost amount it and a markup price it will calculate the total markup price.

  14. A more refined Search query by any word term

    Currently for searching items in SO/PO, it only searches for the first word of the item, so it is very difficult to search for the desired item especially when your inventory is huge.

    Same problem occurred for searching of Customer Name. I can't search their unique names without typing the salutation first (which is inefficient)

    Hi twentysixARTE!
    I have some good news for you! We can enable the advanced search for your organization that will allow you to search using even partial names. In order to enable this feature, we want the admin of your Zoho Inventory organization to send us a support request from inside of your Zoho Inventory organization (using the contact support option under the help button of Zoho Inventory). Hope this helps. :)

  15. in Sales Order Report I suggest that....

    In Sales Order Report, I suggest that within the invoice column, where there is a blue dot marking the fact that invoice was created, I suggest the following color code which will add lot of value:
    Gray dot = Draft invoice was created
    Blue dot = Invoice sent / waiting for payment
    Green dot = Invoice was paid

    Hi Yotam,

    There are two options under the Sales Order preferences that allow you to Close a Sales Order based on those conditions ( #1 when the sales order has been invoiced or #2 when the shipments associated to the sales order have been delivered).

    By default the system would have chosen option #1. Please navigate to Sales Order preferences under settings and change it to option #2. Following this, sales orders will be marked as closed only when the shipments have been delivered to your customers. Hope this helps. :)

  19. Payment for multiple invoices

    A feature needs to be made for payment for multiple invoices. I have customers pay at the end of the month. It would save to have an option to pop to show and click on payments for multiple invoices.

  20. "Select All" Feature when receiving

    Would be nice to have a select all tick-box when receiving a purchase order for which a bill already exists. Now you have to tick each item individually
