Multipel vendor sourcing - find lowest cost - quickest delivery etc
I'd love to use your service, but from what I can tell, you do not offer supplier management. What I mean is, I have 5 different suppliers, maybe 3 of which each can supply a particular item. Each of those vendors has a different price, and different delivery times.
When I go to re-stock, I want to see the supplier/vendor options for each item - I want to see price for sure. Item tag (like product label or product tag) template for printing.
We need an item tag template for printing accesible from the item menu and from the invoice/bill menu.
We receive stock from an item and we need to stick a tag with basic informacion like price, name, description, sku code and ean code.
We need to acces to template from item view (filter what you want to print and also print number of tags based on stock or manual copies) but also from bills or invoices view (we buy 40 units, we print based on the document 40 tags)Thanks

Make bundles editable and able to be saved without enough stock for components, and can be edited & completed later
Our previous system let us edit bundles and in Inventory it's a big problem.
Introducing a draft mode would fix it. We can then use the bundle to keep track of manufacturing, then go back and edit things and finalize when we can.

Custom fields to batch details in order to create specs per batch
it's mandatory for the food industry to add some more information to the batch details such as color description, moisture level, link to the images of the batch and more. as we are not selling products we are selling batches. this will help food companies to have better control over the batches they have in stock.

Edit Composite Items within Sales Orders
Problem: When adding a composite item to a sales order, we need to have that composite item be editable (within the sales order). Currently that's not possible, so if we have a customer that is placing an order for a composite item but wants to customize part of it, we can't accommodate it with Zoho Inventory.
Solution: we should be able to edit the Composite Items within the Sales Order view without altering the actual default composite item. This could be accomplished by pulling in the composite items as sub line items within the sales order.

Hi, wonder if it is possible to have an option / report to see the average purchase price for all the item bought?

Inventory and crm sync
When a PO is created in CRM and in inventory you have to list the parts being purchased. I have noticed that I constantly get a duplicate of every item listed on the PO in CRM and the PO in inventory.
can you please have a manual sync option or the option to not sync to zoho CRM. We use CRM to have the POs go through an approval process and issue the POs from inventory. add a feature to track inventory within service trucks
Hi Zoho Inventory Wonder Team!
We have service trucks that carry inventory to a work site, and we need to be able to track the inventory individually in these trucks. We tried to represent each truck as a "Warehouse" but it's not working out. This is inventory that is not "sold" until it is actually used at a work site.

consigned items
Is there a possibility that certain items can be taken out of the warehouse and consigned to a reseller? Given that there are multiple resellers, having so many warehouses cannot be a good option. As an alternative, is it possible to have "locations" like racks and bins in a warehouse?

Add Vendor field to inventory report so that it can be sorted/filtered by vendor or exported to excel
Option to add additioanl fields to inventory reports such as Vendor or custom fields eg best before date. Ability to export this information to excel so it can be sorted by vendor etc for stock checking/re-order planning

Total invoice for all the shipments made to the same customer within the month
In our business, (components for electronics) we have many shipments within the same month for the same customer. We never send and invoice for each shipment, but the system creates one total invoice which includes all the shipment made to the same customer within the same month. It would be a huge waste of time and paper to have one invoice for each shipment and our customers would not accept it. The invoice has to resume all the data: package slip #, pagage date# and all the items, customer sales order# etc.

Integrate with a free sales tax lookup system like www.sale-tax.com.
Alavara is very expensive and aggressive sales reps. :( very unhappy dealing with them. I just want a free simple sales tax lookup. I do my taxes myself but they refuse to let me have a login for that. I can only use the free web tool which won't integrate with zoho. Please integrate with their free lookup api, or pick another company that offers free tax rate lookups.

Sync Payment Confirmation of Sales orders
It would be much appreciated if when Zoho synced with eBay and Amazon it didnt just create Sales orders as most of the time the order is already invoiced by ebay/amazon and paid for before it even syncs. Its very confusing to the customer if they get an invoice from someone other than the shopping channel they purchased through, especially if they already paid, it will seem like we're trying to "double dip" from them and will earn negative seller reviews/scare them away
so is there any way to get Zoho to sync that orders are already invoiced, paid for,…

Keep search terms in search box
After searching for a term, the results update and a new area called "Search criteria" is shown. However, the search box itself then becomes empty.
This is a feature request to keep the word(s) searched for in the search box itself. This is more intuitive and speeds up refining the search by editing or adding to the search.

MPNs to allow all characters
Currently, the MPN field does not allow dots (ie: ".") when editing an item and results in this error message: "Almost there, but... Invalid value passed for part_number"
The field does however allow dots to be used if imported rather than manually added.
This field should allow any string of characters.
