    Looking for a solution to manage multiple suppliers and automate documentation from PO to pro-forma invoice and through to invoice whilst tracking documents such as packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading. Would this be a solution?

    Sure, I like to have the Photo with the Items and it will be great to sync the photos with books while making the estimate will be good appears

    Thanks, please make sure you add the option of adding photos (JPEGs or PDFs) when purchasing and inventory item or increasing and decreasing an item quantity.
