  2. Importing does not work for importing the bill to and ship to. We drop ship and need to import many ship to orders for one bill to. We need

    An import function that works to import a flat file. It can map and the file will import to create an order

  4. it is very important to activate the unit conversion, if i purchase an item with Ton and i sell it by Kg so the unit conversion here is 1000

  8. units of measurement

    It would be nice to see more options for the units of measurement, or be able to add our own options. For example, we have inventory for which the best unit of measurement is "set", which is not an available option right now. Right now I have to choose either "box" which is too big, or "pcs" which is too small.

  9. grouped items as composite associated item

    I know someone has suggest that it be enabled to create an item group from composite items, which I do support. But it would also be nice to be able to do the opposite: use grouped items as associated items when creating a composite item. These two features, in my opinion, are important for business which make the products that they sell.

  10. Allow bundling to make individual parts be negative as part of a PO. Can't ship until inventory is received and no longer negative.

  11. Transfer Orders

    In order to attach files to transfer orders, to have a copy with the signatures of the people who delivered, transported and received

    Add signature fields when printing the transfer order.

    Who delivers the merchandise.

    Who transports the merchandise.

    Who receives the merchandise.

    Important note.
    1-When an order is printed, add the status of the order on the printed paper.

    2-Do not reprint Orders without having the reprint status.

  13. Partial shipments notification to Customer

    Yesterday we had an order where we have to ship the order as several partial shipments. We were quite surprised that although we can setup partial shipment using multiple packing slips and shipping orders there is no way to create a document that relays this information to the customer with the shipment i.e. This is a partial shipment and to give the customer the assurance that indeed we are aware it is partial and the remainder is backordered). This should be a document that can accompany the shipment and/or also sent to the customer to advise them of the situation.…

  15. Allow modification of serial numbers and item receipts

    Allow for modification of serial #s and item receipts after the fact in the case of error. My company cannot use barcodes and so most s/n entries are hand-keyed or sequenced then in Excel then entered in the Zoho Inventory field. If an error is made, then transactions referencing that s/n have to be deleted and restarted.

  16. Composite Item

    While creating bundle. Need option to enter the quantity in "Total Qty required"

    Currently we can only enter data in"Quantity Required'' i.e item required per unit.

    I directly want to enter the total quantity required for creating xx no. of bundle quantity.
