  1. Please allow retrospective batch numbers to be added

    Hi, its a nightmare not being able to add retrospective batch numbers. The system assumes that there is a constant stream of batch when there is more grey than black or white. It is a nightmare to change batch numbers retrospectively especially when you try to reimport batch details. Also when the items dont have batch tracking to them, when one tries to convert that item to a batch tracked item, the system wont allow anyone to do so. Please can you improve the batch tracking process so people can add batch data retrospectively and allow people to convert non-batch…

  2. Multiple tracking numbers for a single shipment

    I would like to be able to add multiple tracking numbers for individual packages in a single shipment. For example, if I have someone that orders 8 packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Usually, some or all of the packages are shipped at the same time, but when adding multiple packages to a shipment, it only allows me to use one tracking number. This makes it where I have to do a separate shipment for each package that goes out.

  3. Price list -- round off to nearest 5, 10, 50, 100

    I like that I can round prices to the nearest whole number, but the currency I work in is typically quotes in steps of 50 or 100. I suggest round to the nearest 5, 10, 50, 100 to the list of possible numbers to round to,

  4. Purchase order in excel

    CAn we have an option to create a PO in excel so our supplier does not have to retype our order (and possibly make errors)

  5. Easier way to enter Product name while raising sales order

    Zoho only recognises if the product name is typed as it is in the inventory. I suggest you should allow to add products if we type in the name from the middle.

    Example - If the product name is Apple Iphone 11 Pro Max, i would have to start typing apple iphone....
    My suggestion is you can type : "iphone 11 pro max" and get the same result.

  6. total qty in PO/Invoice.

    Earlier when we used to create sales order, it was showing total quantity. Now, its not there.
    Also, same should be there, when we make invoice. its must feature

  8. make Package show product images when viewing on iPad app

    Will you please make a Package's product images show when viewing it on the iPad app? This can greatly help us identify each koi product when preparing them for shipping.

    Currently the iPad app does NOT show any product images.

  9. draft transfer order

    I would like a way to save a draft transfer order before I click on initiate, considering there is no way to edit. Also, you should be able to save the draft before you attach batches to the transfer order.

  11. Receive goods without a Purchase order

    Thre are many times that we receive goods without a purchase order. It would be great to directly receive goods and then track for the bill etc. For us, purchase orders are compulsory only above a certain value of purchase.

    In India, Batch Number is always in Capital letters, while putting the batch details the automatic capslock on should be there.

  13. Manufacturing

    If you have technically, 1 sub material such as a carton for tv but there are 2 suppliers
    Maybe you can add a feature where in you can bundle them together. The BOM will subtract from the total of the 2 suppliers instead of needing to have 2 BOMs

    Integrate sagepay with inventory/books. One of the largest payment gateways around - seem odd that it is not supported.
