Zoho only recognises if the product name is typed as it is in the inventory. I suggest you should allow to add products if we type in the name from the middle.

Example - If the product name is Apple Iphone 11 Pro Max, i would have to start typing apple iphone....
My suggestion is you can type : "iphone 11 pro max" and get the same result.
