Backordering problems
We have a couple of problems with the way the back ordering works. We often have multiple line orders which need backordering on multiple vendors. Due to lack of storage space, if we get items in at different times we often prefer to partial ship. Unfortunately Inventory doesn't allow this and it seems the only way to do it is to delete the purchase orders that haven't been received, create the partial despatch and then recreate the outstanding backordered purchase orders - nightmare! Can we have the ability to create partial receipts and partial despatches please.

Track items with previous transactions
Items cannot be tracked if they are involved in a previous transactions. We need this function! The only work around is clone the item and start tracking inventory on the new one, but there is no way to delete the original item because it has had transactions with it. You can mark inactive but that leaves every other item as a duplicate in your inventory which is worthless. I only need simple item tracking and this program still can't do it!

Expiry date
We purchase items that come with an expiry date that we wish to track in order to resale FIFO. If we order 100 liters of milk, for a same PO we could receive 60 of expiry date A and 40 of expiry date B. Could we track this?

Batch Management - Retail and Food Industry
Your inventory module doesn't handle batches. Is there any way that I can add additional fields in the Item table so as to add Batch Code?

bcc address for all system emails **DEFAULT BCC EMAIL"
Zoho allows for a bcc address. I use this to bcc myself but it has to be put in manually each time and I often forget (and therefore do not have a copy of the email).
I would like to see a option to enter the bcc email (into a template or into the organization preferences)

Attaching Price List to Customer

Stock items with decimals not accepted if batch tracking enabled
This is a serious error
You can't create opening balances. or sell existing stocks in fractions or decimals or loose items like 26.125 kgs of sugar if you have enabled batch tracking.

I would like to be able to sort inventory by quantity available
The current tool does not allow me to sort by the quantity available column, please add this function so I can easily spot what is low

Bundle or package items for a discounted bundle price
I would like to be able to create bundled products with multiple variants. Similar to how a cable company bundles phone, internet, and TV together and gives you a discounted price for the bundle over the prices of the individual components.
It would be even more usefull to create bundles with sets of options. For example, this bundle could include unlimited data, voice, and either iPhone or Samsung Galaxy.

Bluedart Integration
Bluedart shipping and tracking integration would be a great addition for India. Their API is really simple we were able to integrate it into our system within a day.

Reconfigure templates, such as Invoice, so the recipient address can show in a window envelope. Currently the recipient address is too low.

Mark Sales Orders as "Cancelled"
I want to be able to cancel a sales order, but still be able to search it. Currently, the only option is to delete a sales order, which means there is no trace of the sales order.
Also, I created a sales order and a corresponding invoice. The customer then cancelled the order. I credited the invoice, but the sales order is still marked as "Confirmed". I need this to be marked "Cancelled".

complete language translation
i currently using zoho books and zoho inventory in spanish but about 30% off the system is still in english .it will be nice if 100% is completed

have a look at your translations
I really like the product and want to implement for our e-commerce website it but as a Swedish speaking user I am sorry to say that the translations are off to the extent that Zuho is virtually unusable (in that language).
For some part (like descriptions) it doesn't matter that much but for menus and settings you should have a professional translator have a look at them.
I will give you some examples from Zoho Inventory:
- "Items" should read "Artiklar", "Item Groups" should read "Artikelgrupper", and "Item Adjustments" should read "Artikeljusteringar". Calling them "objekt" is the same as calling "items"…
