bcc address for all system emails **DEFAULT BCC EMAIL"
Zoho allows for a bcc address. I use this to bcc myself but it has to be put in manually each time and I often forget (and therefore do not have a copy of the email).
I would like to see a option to enter the bcc email (into a template or into the organization preferences)

You can add a default bcc e-mail address in your e-mail template to save yourself from manually updating it every time. To do this, follow the following steps -
1. Navigate to the Settings option on the top right corner of the screen.2. Select E-mail Templates from the drop down list.
3. Once you click on that, all the notifications that are sent to your customers via e-mail will be displayed.4. You may select the notification in which you want to set the default bcc e-mail address
5. Say, you want to update the default bcc email address for Sales order notification. Select the Sales Order Notification. Click on the default option. The default e-mail template will open up.
6. In the bcc placeholder enter the default e-mail address and click on Save.
7. Once this is done, the bcc e-mail address will receive the mail every time a sales order is being sent.
8. You also have the option to create your own customized e-mail template and add a default bcc e-mail address.9. In step 5, instead of selecting Default; click on New and create your own e-mail template.
