  1. Include Vendor Name on SO List of Backorder POs

    As well as the PO reference and date, include the Vendor Name on the list of backorders shown in a Sales Order, making it easier to identify rather than needing to open each one.

  2. Allow items with a group to be in different Categories

    Currently all items within a group need to be in a single Item Category, this is very limiting as practically all items within a group may not fall within a single category.

  3. Sales Order -> backorder to Purchase Order - missing description

    Hi.When i am creating a backorder based on Sale Oder the New created Purchase order doesnt capture the description from the Sales order.
    It will be a great and efficient feature.. Please hlep

  4. Purchase order to use default tax code

    When raising a purchase order I have to manually chose the tax code, on every line item, even though it's set up in the item. I was advised that this is "due to tax rates can very based on the location from where you buy the product" which is true, but surely that when you buy from somewhere else other than your preferred vendor/country you can manually change it then. It adds some much extra time to raise a po,by having to come manually change each line item.

  6. Separate - User Defined Warehouses

    I have separate warehouses with different operatives that trade through different commercial routes. I want to be able to have users only able to sign in to their own warehouse, create their own PO/TO/SO and monitor their own stock with an Admin able to oversee ALL warehouses. I see something similar was moved to planning a couple of years ago but, nothing is live at present.

    Is there any update to this?

  7. Item details from UPC or EAN barcodes

    Could you lookup standard barcode types like UPC or EAN and fill in product details automatically when a new item is added?

  9. Be able to Configure What Events Trigger A Slack Notification

    The slack integration only triggers notification under a few circumstances. It would be nice to have more advanced control over when to trigger a slack notification.

    For instance, I want to trigger a notification when an item ships.

  11. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Integration

    We are a large company working with RFID in South America since 2007. It would be great if we could integrate RFID to the Inventory Modulo. I already saw that it is possible to read single products, but what would be really great is if we could interact with massive reading (Warehouse Inventory, Incoming Orders, Outgoing Orders, Sales, Adjustments, etc.). Our integrations use JSON and we work with any ERP Brand with this integration language.   14. Returnable Delivery Challan or Returnable Gate Pass To & From both customers & vendors.

    Machine & machine parts received for repair and maintenance from customers, and same sent for servicing to third party vendors. these items are returnable and always part of the original owners inventory, irrespective of their physical location.

    RGP is an standard practice for repair & maintenance work.

  17. Overhaul the UPS Shipping Integration - We Cannot Use It As Is

    Your Inventory UPS integration may work for a company that ships 1 package for each Sales Order, but it cannot be used by companies like mine that often ship several boxes for a Sales Order. Here are the limitations that force us to work directly with UPS shipping tools outside Zoho.

  18. Add barcode search to more areas of iOS app

    It would be helpful if the ability to search by barcode in the iOS app were available in all areas you can search. For example, the option to search while in the Sales Order area only allows manual text entry. Essentially, anywhere where manual search is available, it would be helpful to also be able to scan a barcode.

    For this to be most helpful across the app, the search function would need to show results from as many fields as possible. Even if barcode scanning is not added everywhere, expanding the reach of search would be very much appreciated.…

  19. Enter "total" price for Item rows on Purchase order, auto calculate individual UOM prices.

    I would like to be able to enter in prices in the "total" column on a Purchase order, automatically calculate the individual price.

    Example:
    We buy Metal by Inches.
    We want to put in the price of the amount of metal we are buying - 3420.
    instead of trying to find the perfect decimal to add up to 3420, can we put the 3420 in the total price in the row for that item and have it automatically divide that number by the amount ordered in the individual price column?
