  1. I request for the alert of the near date of the expiry products on dashboard of zoho inventory.

    This feature helps the business owners know about selling those products quickly in order to escape risk of losing money.

  4. Filter Stock Summary Report by Item

    My organization appreciates the features on the stock summary report but would need an "Item" field in the "Customize Reports" options to use the report most effectively. We would like to be able to run stock summary reports on just some of our items when only some are relevant to a particular discussion.

  5. I suggest that FIFO method work separately for each store because if stores has different location so same item has different cost

  7. Provide option to add price to price list

    I created a new item. When I added it to a Purchase Order, I got the notification: "Lutron RRD-6ND-WH is not in the price list CES. We've applied the default rate specified for Lutron RRD-6ND-WH. OK".
    You should also provide the option to add the item to the price list! This option should be provided right then and there, so the concept is fresh in the user's mind.

  8. allow bulk adding categories

    When importing/updating item price lists, the "Category Name" column looks like it is getting imported but somehow there is no category assigned when looking at the resulting inventory list. It looks like each individual category needs to be created BEFORE import otherwise it will be ignored.
    My item categories are set by my suppliers and new ones get added fairly regularly. I don't want to manually add 2000-odd categories to my list of categories just so that the data will import properly.

    Please "auto-add" any new categories shown in the "Category Name" column of the imported csv file.

  9. Adding variants (attributes) to composite items

    In an online store, this will allow the customer to select or change a product in the KIT. For example, you have a set of 1 WINE and 1 CHOCOLATE BAR, you can let the customer decide which chocolate he wants.

    So, the Composite product page will allow the store owner to add various attributes in the composite page and then create the composite for each attribute.

    SKU 1 = WINE + CHOCOLATE 1
    SKU 2 = WINE + CHOCOLATE 2

  10. warehouse function in Zoho inventory

    once an order placed on Amazon, item quantity in the synced sales order is deducted from the primary warehouse, not the warehouse the item should be in. to prevent Zoho deduct the inventory from the wrong warehouse, I have to choose the warehouse for each item in the sales order. it really makes me crazy. think about it, I have to choose each warehouse one by one and tiny mistakes can cause the inventory goes not correct.

  11. Add to the Invoice form, a cash tendered field, to calculate the change required

    In a cash sale situation, using Zoho Inventory, there is a need in any retail situation to calculate the change to be given - ie the cashier enters the amount tendered and the program tells them what change is required.

  12. Allow integration without VAT registration

    Allow the use of shopping cart integrations without having a VAT registered business in the UK. As you do not need to apply for VAT until you're turning over a minimum of £85,000 a year.

  14. emails sent from Books/Inventory should be visible in ZohoCrm

    When reviewing communications with customers I was expecting to see the emails and dates sent to clients from within Books/Inventory and was surprised that these are not visible in ZOHO CRM.

    Can I request that these communications are recorded in ZOHOCRM

  16. I would like to have Khmer Unicode fonts for Zoho Inventory because my company needs to print in Khmer for my customers.

    My company need this font, Khmer Unicode, to print sales order, packages, invoice, Bill, report etc. If there is not this font, I can’t print any documents out.

  17. to add Purchase Request and Item indent in Zoho Inventory

    In zoho projects / Zoho inventory, for Construction industry, there is no tracking of above. Material BOM's required.we cant use Projects / Inventory completely. Please add the above.
