Delivery Challan
Delivery Challan are chronological records. There should be no option to delete once a delivery challan no. is processed.
Normally the products issued vide a delivery challan are retunrd back sometimes consumed.Since material moves outon a delivery challan, the record should always be available.
It is a future reference for movement of goods, Also if a customer decides after returning goods that they now want to finalise the order we will not have records for the same. Like item selected, price etc

Export transactions for filing sales tax returns
The current sales tax integration (Avalara) is all about looking up the rates based on src/dst addresses. But there is absolutely NOTHING for helping you FILE your sales tax returns. The ability to export transactions to a service like Avalara TrustFile, TaxJar, Taxify, etc, would be extremely helpful. Currently there is nothing at all, not even a report with the necessary fields so you can manually export to a CSV.

Map all web orders from shopify to one customer called Shopify,
Map all web orders from shopify to one customer called Shopify, ( or all orders from Amazon to one customer call Amazon) where the address and order number simply changes each time- so you dont have to build up loads of different customers- if you are mainly B2B but also sell retail, you don't really want your retail customers taking up all your database?

have sales receipts for web orders
So if an item is paid for before you ship it ( because it comes from an online sale, we do not need sales orders and invoices- this could come through as a sales receipt- so all web orders are just automatically made into sales receipts? They dont go through the sales order process?

Have a field for customer's PO number/ order reference number on packing slip
when the customer receives their package, they have no way of knowing which of their purchase order's it relates to, so they cannot bring it into inventory/ I know at the moment we cannot customise packing slips, ( thoughI am also rally keen for you to do this so we can add columns of qty ordered, qty shipped, qty remaining on order... but please can you at least add this field as a matter of urgency? it is in the sales order already ?

Link POs to Sales Orders, so you will be able to track if you have ordered enough for respective Sales Orders
similar to the way how invoices are linked to sales Orders.

New Shipment features
Is there any way that when you are doing a new shipment it could have the option to "select all" packages?
Also could there be another feature where you can edit a shipment before it is marked as delivered.

we are into eCommerce business and doing retail export
following option will be very helpful
1.single package for multiple sale order
or
2.package based on invoices...After converting multiple saleorder into single invoice there should be a option to create package from invoice ..as it is not possible to split invoices for multiple shipments. we will not able to attached single invoice(attaching invoice along shipments is mandatory as per gov rules) along all multiple shipments3 votes -

Add Signature for Packages Received from Purchases and Packages Recived from transfers
In many companies there is a need to track who signed for the packages received. Therefore, please add Signature for Packages received from purchases and packages received from warehouse transfers. Tracking who signed is required in some countries for law or audit.

sales by invidual/particular category report
We are in a business where we need to plan our orders based on sales of last 3 or 6 or 12 months. And that too category wise. We don't have any reports where in we can track the sales by particular category in details. Like we have X is a product category and in that category we have about 100 variants. So now based on sales record of particular time period we plan our new orders. But we don't have that feature.
Can you do something in that?

Able to export Serial Number list of All orders
We can export an excel sheet of all the serial number of the product that has been shipped in this sale order.I need the serial number list for updating on my website for our dealers to track warranty of a product

On Documents, Individual Products Should be Listed under Bundled Products
The issue is that currently when a bundle product is selected for a Sales Order, etc. Zoho does not show, in the document, each item that comprise the bundle. The behavior should be that when a Bundle is select into a Sales Order or other document, underneath should be listed each item of the bundle but without showing their price (as the price is part of the bundle)

People in China warehouse want to see only packages made in China. If they see all the packages made in Russia too - it makes a mess.

Enter "total" price for Item rows on Purchase order, auto calculate individual UOM prices.
I would like to be able to enter in prices in the "total" column on a Purchase order, automatically calculate the individual price.
Example:
We buy Metal by Inches.
We want to put in the price of the amount of metal we are buying - 3420.
instead of trying to find the perfect decimal to add up to 3420, can we put the 3420 in the total price in the row for that item and have it automatically divide that number by the amount ordered in the individual price column?4 votes
