Provide turnkey integration for Zoho One users- between CRM, Inventory and Books (at a minimum). Replace elaborate procedure with a button!
As a new user doing an evaluation of Zoho One, I was shocked to discover that some of the Zoho One modules are not integrated- even simple stuff like CRM Sales Order to Inventory (for fulfillment). There is an elaborate procedure for setting up integration between ZohoBooks (who knew that would be required) and CRM and Inventory. Why not have a Zoho One configuration that performs the integration upon setting up the Zoho One account?

Kindly integrate with shiprocket its avoid us to entry shipment details every time
Shiprocket is logisitcs company they used to delivered parcel.
They integrated with all the major courier company.
If you tied up with shiprocket then we don't need to enter shipping details everytime.1 vote -
Packing slip should have method of delivery carried through from Sales Order.
When I create a packing slip for the warehouse to pick and ship, they need to know the method of delivery. This should be carried through from the Sales Order. A custom field is not an option as it creates a potential error point in the process of telling the warehouse what to do.

Specific Customer Notes At Time Of Next Purchase
Hi, had this recently. I made a mistake on a courier and the customer got a small penalty. I will pay the penalty but it would be nice if I could make a note now that would come up the next time this specific customer makes his next order as I am afraid I will forget about it and just process it like usual.

Make bundles editable and able to be saved without enough stock for components, and can be edited & completed later
Our previous system let us edit bundles and in Inventory it's a big problem.
Introducing a draft mode would fix it. We can then use the bundle to keep track of manufacturing, then go back and edit things and finalize when we can.

Inventory Reports
I want to have an option under inventory reports to export items wise transaction in excel. Currently I use print screen option to save transactions list of any particular item I want for my further reference. It will be highly appreciated if the same list can be exported in excel.

Invoicing and Packing List Creation
Packing List creation is a key factor for exports. Multiple sales orders or invoices created with multiple sales orders can be used to generate packing lists. Options needed to select box numbers, box size and items in each boxes with net and gross weights. Also each item in invoice should also show the relevant sales order reference for the client's ease. A sales order based grouping would be sufficient. I really wish to go for Zoho, but these things are really important for my business and waiting for you to implement these.

Add direct Chat Support
Please add a support chat within Inventory (and actually all the other apps). It will decrease the amount of emails sent back and forth and speed up the fixing of encountered issues.

Custom fields in transfer order
Add option to add custom field in Transfer orders and also the method of transferring as well as the customization of the template and one very important thing is that we cannot edit the transfer order. If there is any error in the transfer order we have to delete the previous transfer order and make a new one, which is very annyoing and time consuming task. Hope you guys can consider on this option. Thank you Zoho!

Sales Order -> backorder to Purchase Order - missing description
Hi.When i am creating a backorder based on Sale Oder the New created Purchase order doesnt capture the description from the Sales order.

Add MPN to Purchasing Price Lists
Please add MPN to Purchasing Price Lists. The sample export file does not contain SKU or MPN, but if items are exported then the SKU is included.
The MPN is the only common identifier that a Manufacturer and my company understands so it needs to be added as an index field for importing price lists from my manufacturers.

Purchase - Receive - Bill sequence is wrong
Your flow: Purchase - Receive - Bill is wrong. My vendors ALL require:
Purchase - Bill - Pay - Ship - Receive.
They will NOT ship until I've paid.
If I use the flow:
Purchase - Bill - Pay in Zoho Inventory, I cannot do the Receive step!
If I do your flow, Purchase - Receive - Bill, sales tax and shipping do not show up on the Receive screen, but they also don't show up on the Bill! Your flow is awkward because it generates two bills: one for the items, and one for tax & shipping! This is…1 vote -
Please support the ISO Date format, and use it everywhere if your customer selects it
Since 1996-05-01, the international format yyyy-mm-dd has become the official standard date format, but the handwritten form d. 'month name' yyyy is also accepted (see DIN 5008). Standardization applies to all applications in the scope of the standard including uses in government, education, engineering and sciences.

Consistency Between Modules
There are so many inconsistencies between modules. I am certain this is a result of different programmers, but no overall project manager. Example: Import for Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books.

Create drop down in sales orders to choose sales channels for manually typed orders.
When integration doesn't work properly, please let companies be able to link orders with the correct sales channel instead of all manual orders defaulting to "direct sales". This should be a given that this option should be available, but it's not. There should be a drop down to select the sales channels that are already in use.

complete and correct box sizes for USPS standard box sizes. Flat rate shipping should not require a weight or box dimensions.
