While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Dear customers,

    We are so happy to announce that the much-awaited Zoho Invoice – Zoho Sign integration is live! You can now digitally sign your estimates and invoices before emailing it to the customers. Also, you can receive the customers’ signature while they accept the estimates.
    (Note: This is not available for the Indian edition of Zoho Invoice).

  2. Accept Estimates without a portal login

    Freshbooks gives the user a unique url for the estimate and automatically logs them in. Avoiding the portal login requirement. zoho invoice should do the same. alot eaiser for customers to accept estimates when they dont need to login.

  4. Add images to items in Estimates

    Add images to items it will be very nice to have
    to send a clint the item image with the estimates

  5. Add option "Allow editing of Invoiced Estimates?" in Settings for estimates.

    Add option "Allow editing of Invoiced Estimates?" in Settings for estimates.
    Some business would like to prevent salesmen to edit estimates after it has been invoiced.
    Similar to the option "Allow editing of Sent Invoice?" for invoices, we should have an option "Allow editing of Invoiced Estimates?" for estimates.

    Hi all,

    We now have the option to enable/disable editing of Invoiced Estimates.

    When the preference is disabled, we do not allow the users to edit the estimate.

    If the permission to change Estimate Preference is not enabled, we ask user to contact Administrator to enable this.

    Please go to Settings→ Preferences→ Estimates. You will find this option here.
