I believe the desktop version of the app had this feature, but that app is not available for download anymore.

This is important, one of my clients is not accepting physical signed invoices from here on. They want only digitally signed invoices to carry on business

Digital signatures for invoices has been requested by many people since last 2 years. Can we have some kind of a reply with probable date of implementation

This was requested in 2015! 3 and a half years ago!
Come on Zoho developement team. This is a no brainer. Zoho books needs this function. Look at the votes. We are your customers. Put some more resources towards this please.

so after an invoice is complete customer can sign and that way we can confirm the work was done. Proof of work completed, with commercial accounts a manger will need to sign before their accounting department will pay (net 30) this feature on the mobile app would really eliminate hassle for proving work was complete

Hi, we're very happy with Zoho invoice, just missing a great functionality.

Today our consultants fill in their timesheet. The information is downloaded as a report, printed and signed by our customer. Afterwards we scan the timesheetreport and upload it as an attachment when we create an invoice. The accounting department of our customers receive an e-mail with the invoice & a scan of the signed timesheet as an approval of the invoced amount. The new approval functionality doesn't work for our customers, because it's a best practice to receive the invoice & approval of the billed hours by e-mail.

I'm looking to collect a signature on estimates & invoices using my mobile device.
Not saving a PDF, emailing the customer, customer signs, emails back, I open, then save.
The customer would be right in front of us. There is no need to be so complicated.
Just like the other invoice programs. Push a button to collect a signature. With an optional caned note above the signature box like work approved, changes approved, work accepted, etc.
And a time & date stamp. I could careless about triple encryption or customer creating a signature password. Just put there scribble in the box. No different then using a credit card at a store or signing fox a package.

Request the ability to digitally sign the invoice before we issue it to the customer. The digital signature also gives a date stamp on the invoice. Signature is a must for GST invoices as per law
and so the requirement is urgent

There is currently an option to print a delivery note that a customer can sign. Please add an option so that the customer can sign for the delivery on a phone or Ipad. Which can then be seen when viewing the invoice online or through the portal.

I truly like your product, however, it is very disappointing that so many of your customers are requesting e-signatures and nothing has been done for two years. Adobe Sign has an enterprise edition that can be integrated into Zoho Invoice and they will customize to meet your needs. There are many more sites offering integration like HelloSign, DocHub, DocuSign and SecuredSigning. No need to spend more Zoho time and money when a solution already exists!

Like the way in invoices we can add a scanned signature, please have one similar. also an extra space to add a digital seal as well.

What is going on with this feature. It has been too long of a wait.
