While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Hello everyone,

    We are glad to let you know that you can now integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho Desk. The integration allows you to create invoices and estimates for your tickets in Zoho Desk and in addition, you can create invoices for the time entries in Zoho Desk as well.

  3. Integration with Zoho People

    It would be a great to integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho People! We would be able to use the timesheet & absence functionality in Zoho People and have a good overview of billable & non-billable time in our company. Data would be uploaded to Zoho invoice from where we can start our billing process.

  5. Integrate Zoho invoice projects with Zoho project management software

    Either adding project management functions, scheduling/planning process of a "project" within Zoho Invoice. AND/OR integrate with Zoho project.

    Dear customers,

    The Zoho Invoice – Zoho Projects integration has seen a lot of major updates over the years. With the current level of integration, you can:
    1. Create and send various transactions (like estimates, invoices and expenses) in Zoho Invoice for your projects in Zoho Projects.
    2. Fetch Timesheets and Contacts from Zoho Projects to Zoho Invoice.
    3. Fetch Tasks, Users and Bugs that are associated with your projects.

  6. Zoho Invoice Refresh Button in CRM performs sync on demand

    When you select the zoho invoice refresh icon when it is integrated with CRM- it only pulls data FROM invoice to CRM. This makes zoho Invoice unusable if you are looking for an efficient billing solution integrated with CRM.
    Why? The integration sync is not configurable and only runs once a day. If new contact or account information is added to CRM you can not invoice them through the CRM integration
    Because sync is not configurable and an invoice cannot be sent to a manually created email address we need to go to the integration settings and sync all accounts.

    Dear customers,

    We’ve made a lot of enhancements to the Zoho Invoice – Zoho CRM integration. The data sync happens every 2 hours and in addition, an ‘Instant sync’ is also available in case you want to initiate a sync in between the regular 2-hour window.
