Customer Statement Customization
Please, please enable customization of customer statement fields. I don't know why everything else is customizable except this extremely important document. You have clients all over the world, don't get why there's no option to customize it to your own language.36 votes
The wait is over! Yes, Zoho Invoice now lets you customize your customer statement and make it appear personalized.
You can choose a background color and theme, insert your company logo, add header and footer content and whatnot!
To check this out, switch to Settings > Templates, where you would be able to find “Customer Statement” option in the second left pane.
The Standard template available under this section can be customized and saved so that all future customer statements would be sent using those preferences.

Automatically Invoice Unbilled Timesheets on a Recurring Basis
Please add the ability to automate creating invoices from unbilled time every week, two weeks, monthly, etc.17 votes
We are so glad to inform that we have provided the option of creating recurring invoices to projects in Zoho Invoice.
Based on the set frequency, the system would automatically look for unbilled hours of the project and create invoices automatically.
To make use of this, you can switch to the Timesheet tab, select a particular project and proceed with New transaction > Create Recurring Invoice.

Statement of accounts only with details of outstanding invoices
An option to generate statement of accounts without payment details, and only details of outstanding invoices.12 votes

Hi, I'd love to be able to send automated reminders based on time elapsed since end of month (EOM) - in other words, if a client hasn't paid after 30 days since the end of the previous month, a reminder gets sent.11 votes

We have added two new payment terms in our Zoho Invoice Products.

Option of multiple addresses
We have multiple offices under one company and finance team. An option to have multiple company address so as to quote and invoice from the relevant office would be great.7 votes

schedule invoice sending
Scheduling the sending of invoice can be done for recurring invoices but not for one time invoices.
It would be nice to be able to set a date and time for the sending of invoice for the case where the service is known to be finished on a given date and that you'll be vacant and away from the keyboard (on holidays) for weeks4 votes
Yes ! You can now set a date on which the invoice has to be sent :) Just schedule your invoices and carry on with your vacation, while Zoho Invoice takes care of the invoicing part.

Please add a comment section at the side of the overview page
It would be very useful to have a comment section in the contact overview that could be instantly accessed by all users for scratchpad and temporary comments (the notes field unfortunately requires a number of click-throughs to get to, but is still useful for more permanent notes).
An area at the side would be preferable to the top, since comments at the top mean you have to scroll down to see all the contact information.1 vote
