  3. When we are in Books doing a billing action, we need the ability to add notes to CRM. We can see CRM notes in Books, but cannot add, edit.

  6. For me it would be perfect if i could customize my dashboard. For example, i don't need report for billable hours and i would replace it.

    Yes, agree. We also need a cash paid function to request the cash tendered amount and deduct the invoice total and show the change needed.
