An error occurred while saving the comment Nigel Bobs commentedRather than an online order 'form' the portal should enable the customers (pre-authorised) to be able to:
Place orders
See available stock or when next available (visiblity of stock levels should be optional)
See the the appropriate price level
Have a guest login for prospective customers ie defaults to retail price
Create favourites list(s) and forward orders by input of date required
print copy orders
email copy orders
digitally sign orders
Enter their purchase order numbers
select payment method (card, credit account etc as determined by vendor)
look at purchase history
report on purchase history
download invoices and statements
see order status
messaging capability
uploading of orders from CSV,excel etc
much of this could be linked to the Commerce productDear Systems have many of these features in a B2B portal which I had been using prior to move to Zoho... happy to demo
What is the status of this request... will it happen or must I go outside of Zoho for this functionality?
