    Also, they should add a WorldPay standard instead of just the corporate. To have the corporate WorldPay account you have to have a minimum transactions of over £500k a year.

    I think this is a great idea and we are trying to get this added as a feature too. There are a lot of accounts that become on stop and orders are being placed without the order processor checking that certain invoices are overdue and having to check. Being able to have a flag that is set by finance would save so much time. Please add this feature, it would only require one boolean true or false flag and a custom message to show. Not a complex modification.

    We now have a Zoho Inventory Add on option for Zoho Books. You can take a look at that. You can achieve a lot of these features using Zoho Inventory.

    Regarding your requirements,

    1- You can use the backtracking option to achieve this in Zoho Inventory. https://www.zoho.com/in/inventory/kb/sales-order/so-back-order.html

    2- We have default shipping status based on the carrier in Zoho Inventory

    3- You can use the custom function feature to calculate the sales commission.

    4- sales profile and commission rate linked to different items – We currently do not have this option

    6- We are working on item category in Zoho Inventory and will definitely update you.
