    one of the reasons we choose Zoho is because we were told that we could link UPS to track parcels and manage it in Zoho inventory, but it can be only used in USA not in UK, so we really need this to be set up to be used in UK.

    UPS does work and link in the USA
    we are having the same issues uk side and would love it to work
    We keep getting mixed messages from Zoho sometimes they say it will work and then when you get the UPS tech people down they then say it does not work
