    I am extremely surprised this is not already there, it seems like such a basic common option/feature.

    We should be able to set a discount per client (Contact) and, of course, have it appear automatically with custom Note on every Estimate, Invoice etc.

    This is very similar to something I'm struggling with. There is no real concept of Contact Owner in Zoho Books, while there is Account Owner in Zoho CRM. So all of our Contacts created from Zoho Books, when synced to Zoho CRM and created as Accounts, are assigned to a default user (me, admin) which creates mess on the CRM end. Also, there's no easy way to track sale reports by clients due to this.

    one of the available payment gateways, BrainTree, accepts bitcoin
