    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In Zoho Invoice, we have different editions based on your business location. In some editions, the app offers the option to choose tax preference for contacts while it’s not possible in some other editions.     All Pro-forma Invoices should show VAT to be paid.
    At the moment there is no Pro-forma Option only "Retainer" and VAT is not shown on Retainer.
