  1. Independent Chart of Accounts for Inventory

    Zoho Inventory Piggy Backs the Chart of accounts from Books. However all businesses cannot use Books for their accounting for multiple reasons.

    Zoho Inventory must have an option of hosting its own independent Chart of Accounts.

  2. Filtering received payments by warehouse

    We operate multiple sales counters, each one defined as a separate warehouse. Payments are received from various sales counter (or warehouse). The payments received report is really good. But currently there is no option to filter on the basis of warehouse. Such a feature would be a really good one.

  3. Do not allow multiple entries into the inventory

    Hi,

    When conducting our monthly stock take we had over 200 items to enter, covering three separate locations.

    When completed, we tried to save it but was not allowed to continue as some items had been entered in twice or more.

    The inventory should either flag that an item has already been put in as you are doing it, or at the very least, highlight which items have been entered multiple times at the end.

    It is quite frustrating to have to go through 200 items to try and find a replicate entry,

  5. Allow creation of duplicate composite items

    Usually I'll list an item on ebay and Amazon as :
    Widget:
    ---1PK of Widget at 100% retail
    ---2PK of Widget at 95% retail
    ---3PK of Widget at 90% retail
    Each has to have it's own SKU and UPC on Amazon and eBay requires unique SKU's.

    Tried creating composite item of 2 of the same item, but it says we can't create a composite out of 2 of the same??? Why???

  6. have packing slips with shipping & product info (no prices) available online as a printing option on the invoice screen.

    I use the web app and print invoices from my computer for deliveries. Packing slips and delivery notes aren't available on the invoice page, so unnecessary and private information goes along with it. Please include these as options online. Thank you.

  7. enable more than 20 warehouses in zoho inventory

    I was looking at inventory management of 25 warehouses with the capability of capturing movement between the warehouses. However zoho inventory restricts me to adding only 5 warehouses.

  8. improve the purchase order receiving for better communication from warehouse to front office

    create a notification system that allows the ability for the warehouse to notify the front office once a purchase order has been received.

  9. create the ability to reorganize the order of subcategories

    Once subcategories are created, there is not a way to resort or reoganize them (for example, alphabetically)

  11. Estimates need to be an option in Zoho Inventory

    I use Zoho Inventory on my computer and need to be able to generate estimates that can be converted to invoices. Please make that an option.

  13. Generate 'purchase list' on basis of bundle requirement.

    We are using Zoho for manufacturing plant.
    And we order raw material on the basic of production demand.

    System shows the number of possible bundle on the basis of items inventory, there shall be an option to export that material availability table into exel file so that all the lacking items can be ordered accordingly.

    Please confirm if not possible.

  15. Project tracking

    Zoho Project is not interlinked with Zoho Inventory.If it will be done then all inventory can be tracked based on projects.
    All purchase orders need to be tracked as project.
    Also transfer orders need to be issued to particular project.

  18. Create a way to request for quotations in the purchases module

    There is no way currently to create an RFQ ( request for quotation) for my suppliers only Purchase orders. I think something in missing there.

  19. Enforce Lot multiple restriction while creating sales order

    Some items can be boxed in multiples of 3, some 2 and so on. When sales order is booked a check must be there to see whether the order quantity is a multiple of the lot multiplier.
    If not system should throw an error or warning at least

  20. More Languages Available

    Hi it would be really nice if ZOHO will be available in more languages. I'm a potential user in Asia considering the inventory management platform. I'm not so good at second language. Thank you very much for your kind consideration.
