complete and correct box sizes for USPS standard box sizes. Flat rate shipping should not require a weight or box dimensions.

Ageing wise inventory report
There should be a Report in ZOHO Books, which will provide a detail information about the Goods Holding Period and shows a whole movement of an Item ( the date when the product entered in the warehouse to the date, product got sale ).

Add MPN to Purchasing Price Lists
Please add MPN to Purchasing Price Lists. The sample export file does not contain SKU or MPN, but if items are exported then the SKU is included.
The MPN is the only common identifier that a Manufacturer and my company understands so it needs to be added as an index field for importing price lists from my manufacturers.

We need an ADVANCE RECEIPT to issue to a customer to record advance money receipt against sales orders without raising a Tax GST Inovice
URGENT!!!! URGENT!!! URGENT!!!
We need to book advance money received against a sales order without having to raise a Tax Invoice.
Currently advances received against a sales order are only allowed to be booked against an invoice, which means we have to pay GST on the invoice. We need to raise an advance receipt for an advance received and only raise the Tax Invoice only after the balance is received and the merchandise being delivered.
Kindly develop this feature urgently.

Linked Stock
For individual items that are saleable in multiple quantities with different price books, there is no method for this to work in Zoho Inventory or any other Zoho product. Inventory does not have a way to link one product name with multiple saleable quantities and prices. while CRM has price books but you have to manually script a method for inventory tracking. Finally, the integration between CRM and Inventory does not include stock quantities! How is this not a feature?

Allow to create warehouse in a different state from org state
Following error (See bottom of this messaage), severely impacts large organizations' ability to use Zoho fully (including Zoho books) due to inability to manage warehouses in different states.
India has several states and while an organization might be registered in a single state but it could have warehouses in multiple states (different from head office state). However, Zoho error mandates that warehouses can only be in same state as org state.

Kindly include features for reselling/reuse items especially tech gadgets that are used and returned later when use is over. eg car trackers, solar pay as you go gadgets.

Inventory Reports
I want to have an option under inventory reports to export items wise transaction in excel. Currently I use print screen option to save transactions list of any particular item I want for my further reference. It will be highly appreciated if the same list can be exported in excel.

Make "On The Fly" items optional please!
Currently, you can make a purchase or sales order for an item not in the item list. This is good for "on the fly" items - but it also creates the problem that when users make an error (typo, for example) it creates a sales order for an item we do not carry. We now have tens of invalid items in our item list, and we have missed order delivery because of this. We do not want the "on the fly" option - can we turn this off please? Thanks!!

Item height needs to be able to be smaller than "1"
I'm trying to use package geometry but unable to do so efficiently.
When in package geometry, I can manually enter the dimensions of my products accurately: it allows me to enter a heigh that is less than 1.
When I try to enter those same measurements to the actual item so it is saved, it doesn't let me enter a height of less than 1.
Can you please fix this so that when I'm doing the package geometry, I don't have to enter the item dimensions one by one every time?

I want to use UPS to ship internationally (outside of the US and Canada). I can receive a quote fine, just need a way to enter a package description.

searching purchase order alphabetical order
When creating a new Purchase Order, it would be nice to be able to search by any keyword for an item description instead of having to know in your head what the item starts with.
For example, when creating a PO and you have an item called "Libby Candle Jar 32 oz Frosted", you would have enter "Libby" but I realistically I would like to search for "Frosted candle" to find my item.

Set up a system where there is default selection of batches during the Bundling of a Composite item. Imagine a composite item of more than 50 Batch tracked parts (Example- the assembly of an automobile). It is highly inefficient for me to have to select batches for each of them manually. Instead I would like an automatic selection of Batches as per First-in_First-out logic, meaning the earliest batches of my inventory items are selected, by default.
