Packing slip should have method of delivery carried through from Sales Order.
When I create a packing slip for the warehouse to pick and ship, they need to know the method of delivery. This should be carried through from the Sales Order. A custom field is not an option as it creates a potential error point in the process of telling the warehouse what to do.

Kindly integrate with shiprocket its avoid us to entry shipment details every time
Shiprocket is logisitcs company they used to delivered parcel.
They integrated with all the major courier company.
If you tied up with shiprocket then we don't need to enter shipping details everytime.1 vote -
Provide turnkey integration for Zoho One users- between CRM, Inventory and Books (at a minimum). Replace elaborate procedure with a button!
As a new user doing an evaluation of Zoho One, I was shocked to discover that some of the Zoho One modules are not integrated- even simple stuff like CRM Sales Order to Inventory (for fulfillment). There is an elaborate procedure for setting up integration between ZohoBooks (who knew that would be required) and CRM and Inventory. Why not have a Zoho One configuration that performs the integration upon setting up the Zoho One account?

On the Bills, please add a checkbox for each item that is received, for the items that are not checked in with a serial number.
It's not possible to check off items in a Bill as received. It's important to be able to check them off when they are received. They're never received in the order that they appear on a Bill, so a checkbox helps keep track.

Fix your feedback system! There are a limited number of votes per person, which means our ability to help improve your products is limited.
Allow your customers to make an unlimited number of suggestions. You're getting help, for free, from your customers. Why would you limit how helpful they can be? It's not as if you clear out suggestions faster than your customers can make suggestions... (there are more of us, after all)

Bug Report
Your client needs to create a PO for a new vendor.
Creating the purchase order: Using Zoho Inventory, selecting "Contacts" reveals a form to create a new company. Once the user has done so, the new company is not available for creating a PO.

The selection box for "Vendor Name" does not have the new contact in the drop down. This brings the business process to a stop until Zoho synchronizes the contacts.Solution: Creation of the new contact kicks off a synchronization process immediately.

Do not allow multiple entries into the inventory
Hi,
When conducting our monthly stock take we had over 200 items to enter, covering three separate locations.
When completed, we tried to save it but was not allowed to continue as some items had been entered in twice or more.
The inventory should either flag that an item has already been put in as you are doing it, or at the very least, highlight which items have been entered multiple times at the end.
It is quite frustrating to have to go through 200 items to try and find a replicate entry,

Estimates need to be an option in Zoho Inventory
I use Zoho Inventory on my computer and need to be able to generate estimates that can be converted to invoices. Please make that an option.

Project tracking
Zoho Project is not interlinked with Zoho Inventory.If it will be done then all inventory can be tracked based on projects.
All purchase orders need to be tracked as project.

Zoho Inventory: Add "Item Category(ies)" to right-side menu
I am creating Item Categories to track configurable items. I would like to view/report on all the basic model rather than wading through all the detailed model numbers. The Item Category (parent) is created (quite strangely from the child).
Now, to view it, I have to search, then perform an advanced search, just to find my categories?
Why not put an Item Category menu on the right-side menu so it's easily accessible?

warehouse function in Zoho inventory
once an order placed on Amazon, item quantity in the synced sales order is deducted from the primary warehouse, not the warehouse the item should be in. to prevent Zoho deduct the inventory from the wrong warehouse, I have to choose the warehouse for each item in the sales order. it really makes me crazy. think about it, I have to choose each warehouse one by one and tiny mistakes can cause the inventory goes not correct.

Provide option to add price to price list
I created a new item. When I added it to a Purchase Order, I got the notification: "Lutron RRD-6ND-WH is not in the price list CES. We've applied the default rate specified for Lutron RRD-6ND-WH. OK".
You should also provide the option to add the item to the price list! This option should be provided right then and there, so the concept is fresh in the user's mind.1 vote -
Price list -- round off to nearest 5, 10, 50, 100
I like that I can round prices to the nearest whole number, but the currency I work in is typically quotes in steps of 50 or 100. I suggest round to the nearest 5, 10, 50, 100 to the list of possible numbers to round to,

Easier way to enter Product name while raising sales order
Zoho only recognises if the product name is typed as it is in the inventory. I suggest you should allow to add products if we type in the name from the middle.
Example - If the product name is Apple Iphone 11 Pro Max, i would have to start typing apple iphone....
My suggestion is you can type : "iphone 11 pro max" and get the same result.1 vote -
