Owner has the ability to not show purchase cost to employees. Have a switch in roles to turn off purchase cost information.
Admin can turn off purchase cost of item so other rolls don't see what item cost is.
The idea has been completed.

It's a 'No brainer' - the majority of users (the ones that have warehouse staff etc) do not want certain staff to see monetary figures - they get the idea that all we do is make loads of money when they see the difference between buying & selling prices - they have no idea of taxes, taxes, more taxes & the general costs of running the business ! -

Please consider this whilst reviewing ...
Lots of us have warehouse staff whom we do not want to see ANY monetary figures at all - please provide a user role that hides these figures in all modules - sales order, invoices, items, purchase orders, reports etc, etc.
This should be a priority as I'm sure there are a lot like myself that really want to use inventory but do not for this simple reason !
All my Books invoices ( we don't use sales orders ) , purchase orders etc are sent to Google mail for processing into spreadsheets for our warehouse staff to work from - not ideal but this one simple failing in Inventory stops me using it ! -
