Add Shopify tax inclusive orders sync support

The Shopify - Zoho Inventory integration does not currently sync Shopify tax inclusive orders. This is a real showstopper for the majority of sellers since they are displaying the prices with VAT/Tax included. We are in the same situation - the only way the order sync works now is by pushing tax exclusive order from Shopify to Zoho Inventory but this means we are forced to display prices without VAT/tax in our storefront. Obviously this cannot work for retail sellers.

By speaking with Zoho Inventory support, the issue is that Zoho Inventory does not get the tax percentage from Shopify therefore they cannot do the calculation on their side. Please look into this with help from Shopify support as it looks like an easy fix solving a big issue.

    My zoho inventory dashboard still says that Zoho does not support tax inclusive orders from Shopify. If this feature is released, please suggest how to enable it.

    This is really crucial for every ecommerce merchant, without it the integration with zoho inventory has no point, manually generating sales order is not time saving, time efficiency is the only reason for this integration, hence it should be updated ASAP.

    This is a major issue for ZOHO Customers. Especially in Australia where it is regulation that prices are inclusive of GST.

    While we are still evaluating, if they are not able to do capture the Tax Inclusive issue we afraid we have to abundance this Inventory Management Software.

    Hello all, while Zoho is till working on this and we were live, we could not wait anymore and we have built our own integration between Zoho Inventory and Shopify to cope with tax inclusive orders as well. If anyone is interested, give me a shout :)
