While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Universal search in iOS app

    It would be helpful to add a universal search to the dashboard tab in the iOS app that would show results for items, sales orders, purchase orders, customers, serial numbers, etc. Navigating any iOS app where a lot of information is accessible seems to be easier when the ability to search multiple areas is consolidated and the search shows results from as many fields as possible.

  6. To have a list of custom predefine packages dimension

    It would be great to have the option to predefine packages dimension since I'm sending most of the time the same box size and envelop size. This would save time.

  9. TaxJar Sales Tax API Integration in Zoho Inventory

    Hi,

    Could the TaxJar API be implemented so that Zoho Inventory users aren't being forced to use Avalara as the only tax calculations native integration service?

    Having to manually put in rates is a real frustration.

  10. The categories is for tracking the items, but there is not categories structures on advance search

    The category module is very simple and regular on most of ERP, especially in inventory management software. but ZOHO Inventory totally failed, please check what happened.

  11. Complete automation of sales and purchase order in Manufacturing

    You must create a sales order that should be updated with current list of items so that customers can directly submit orders and it should reflect on sales order panel.
    Purchase order receivable should also be issued to another vendor with editable preferences of vendors automatically to automate the process entirely.

  12. i need custom status to be shown as in sales orders it is going to be shown

    as in sales order there is custom button show bt in invoice it is not to be show for custom buttons created in invoice<<more<<custom status for custom buttons

  13. Reports by SKU

    Being able to pull a report by SKU allows for us to know how much inventory we have and sales we've made from each product rather than by the variant. Having our products listed under different names but the same SKU means that we're either not going to get the whole picture or we'll end up doubling our inventory.

    I am starting a poultry farm and would like to use Zoho Books. Unfortunately I don't "Poultry" as an Industry listed.

  15. slow moving items

    A good inventory system should focus on products that move very slowly. Most companies waste thousands of pounds each year on slow-moving items. It's only right that Zoho should have this build on the dashboard next to the top-selling items. The Topp Selling Items and Slow Moving Items are extremely important for every business. And I think this should include at least 20 products for category best and worst selling products.

    Most of the other inventory systems do offer this feature as standard.

  16. to add Purchase Request and Item indent in Zoho Inventory

    In zoho projects / Zoho inventory, for Construction industry, there is no tracking of above. Material BOM's required.we cant use Projects / Inventory completely. Please add the above.

  18. Organization address

    Currently there is only one field for Organisation address.
    In our case we need at least two Organization Adress fileds : in Cyrillic and in Latin.
    Is the same for Client Address

  20. Item History per customer Accessible in the Sales Order

    Create a link to Customer Item History in the sales order entery screen so that we can see what customers ordered on their last order. Any business handling a lot of repeat orders for the same items (just different quantities and mixes of the products each time) would find this feature an absolute requirement to use Zoho. Order entry clerks should not have to go into Reports and generate a report just to see the history.
