Receipt auto-numbering customization
Receipt auto-numbering (payment number) must be customizable, same as invoice numbering.

Edit Note in Timer while it is running
The ability to start a note when you start a timer then update while you work would be nice. Currently I am using notepad then copy/pasting.

While you run the on-screen timer in Zoho Invoice, if you select a project and task before starting the timer, you can add and edit notes while the timer is running.

Uploading PDF (Contract) on contact information

Hi,
In Zoho Invoice, with the client portal feature, you can know if your client has ‘viewed’ the invoice. Also, in the comments section of that invoice, the date and time at which your client has viewed the invoice would be displayed.

Client Portal Password Criteria listed up front
It would be very helpful if the criteria for the client portal password (capital letter, no dictionary words, special characters, etc.) was listed on the page when they are setting their password. Right now, it only tell them when they didn't do it correctly instead of telling them ahead of time so they can do it correctly from the beginning.

Editable Timesheet
I would like my users to have a place where they can see and edit all their logged time in one place. We used to use Excel spreadsheets and we could see and edit it all in one place. That way we don't have to run a report, but can just edit a timesheet.

Start time,end time and duration of tasks
I would like to have the start time,end time and the duration of the tasks to be shown up in the invoice.

Option to Pause Time Logging
At the moment it is only possible to start and stop the timer. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to pause as well to allow for interruptions. I have tasks that are being timed by the minute and a phone call can easily interrupt the task. I currently always have to stop and then start a new task which means I end up with lots of broken up time periods that really should all just relate to a single task.

Show Foreign Currency Code next to Total on Invoice
Every overseas client needs to know what currency you are billing them in. (Either your currency, theirs, or another i.e. USD) - so all invoices should display what currency you are invoicing.
Currently only your Base currency will show next to a total on an invoice.
Example Total AUD $XXX
But when you make a new contact for a foreign currency, the currency code does not show next to the total in an invoice, even though the total is saved and sent in the foreign amount.6 votesHi there,
Thanks for your suggestion. Zoho Invoice displays the currency symbol in the total section. In case the transaction is raised in a foreign currency, the system shall automatically display the symbol of that currency. Sorry about the delay in updating this space.

Automated email reminders for a period more than 150 days
Would like to request an extension of automated email reminder period from 150 days to at least 365 days (or more if possible).

Option to display "Start & End Time" as part of the Timesheet Report
- I need to view (at a glance) this information for control or adjustment.
- I have to communicate those data to the client (PDF).

Set a Credit Limit for a customer
A field for setting a credit limit for a contact which will then flag up when this credit limit is reached/exceeded with unpaid invoices.
I currently have to enter a remark to keep of a credit limit but this can get lost in lots of other remarks made and doesn't flag up when it's reached - I have to remember to check each contact manually myself (very time consuming) and rely on my sales team to check and calculate at the point of raising new invoices.

Allow users to set default payment mode
Ideally default payment mode per client.
Most of my clients are international and are NEVER going to pay by cash, so why do I have to change the payment mode from 'Cash' to 'Bank Transfer' every single time I receive a payment?

Calculate tax from inclusive Amount
In Invocing , Should be a provision like , if we enter a amount including tax ( for example 11400 ) , so it should calculate the tax amount ( 1400 & 14% ) automatically.
