  1. Profit report by project

    As time entries are linked to projects, invoices, expenses and bills should also be assigned to projects. That way a profit report by project could would also be possible.

    Hi,

    We now have the option to run Profit and Loss reports based on Projects.

    You can go to Profit and Loss report and click on the customise option, you will see the option to select a Project there.

  2. Bills posted to projects

    We can already post timesheets & expenses to projects.
    Why can we post bills?
    Other than a professional services company, "bills" are always likely to be by far the largest component in Job Costing, and therefore the most important.

  4. Have billable support for bills.

    Like that of an expense, we would like to have the billable option for Bills.

  5. Add currency drop-down on expenses

    When entering an expense, I'd like to be able to change between any of the currencies configured on my account.

    They way I've worked around it was to create my foreign currency expenses as a CSV file, and then import it. Though honestly, it would be very nice to be able to select the currency in a dropdown.

  6. Allow employee expense mgmt

    Allow employees to log expenses not necessarily linked to projects. And a way to approve the expenses like with expensify.

  7. Bills - Expected Payment Date

    When you have generated an Invoice for a client, you then have the option to apply the 'expected payment date'

    It would be great we had the same things for BILLS: reminders and expected payment date for BILLS that we generate.

    Making managing bills easier and better timely payments when required.

    Google Chrome widget that takes screenshots of online receipts and automatically imports them into Zoho Books.

  9. Allow receipts to be attached in PDF format.

    Although I appreciate that image files are commonly used for receipts when taken as photos from physical copies, receipts that arrive via email are often delivered in PDF format, and bills downloaded from service providers such as mobile-phone companies are almost always PDFs. It would be useful to be able to attach these PDF-format receipts to expenses in addition to the currently supported image-based formats.

  10. Make font size bigger for address on checks

    Glad you added the address to the check, but the address is SOOO small that it is difficult for post office to read. Could you make the address line the same size as the Company Name please?
