    Hi there,

    We now have the option to see the running balance of the account in the account balances report. You would have to select an account and click on the Show/hide columns option and check the option for running balance.

  2. Inventory by location

    Add a way to manage inventory by location:
    units in warehouse location 1
    units in warehouse location 2
    units on order / in transit
    Total units available

  3. Ability to use the card associated with the contact/account without having to make a recurring invoice and associate the card.

  4. Webhooks

    Webhooks are available in Zoho Subscriptions but not in Incoices/Books.

  5. Kindly add the feature for E-waybill under GST for invoices above 50K

    under the new GOI regulation all invoices above 50K will have to be accompanied by an e-waybill and it would be great if ZOHO adds this feature on the software itself

  7. Forward invoices and bills into Zoho books or Zoho Expenses

    When I buy a service I more often that not get an invoice. I would like to simply forward this invoice to an email address associated with my account into Expenses or Books so the attachment or email can be converted into a bill / expense entry I can then update.

  8. Add in the ability to show Custom Fields in Customer Portal

    In Zoho Books - the customers that log in through Customer Portal should be able to see Custom Fields added in to their contact within Zoho Books.

    Would make managing customers online a lot easier!!

  9. Direct Debit Payment

    Hey, I love the payment integrations. It would be amazing to have a Direct Debit Payment provider. In Europe this option has a 26% market share (https://www.worldpaymentsreport.com/reports/noncash_payments). In Germany the option is even more popular.

  10. Allow employee expense mgmt

    Allow employees to log expenses not necessarily linked to projects. And a way to approve the expenses like with expensify.

  11. Role limitation

    Cost of item, price book and invoice able to limited to specific user. I don't want my sale person see my cost, dealer cost and other user invoice.

  12. Auto Round-off feature in Invoices & Bills

    Instead of manual adjustment feature currently available in Invoice Total section. There should be an auto round-off feature akin to that available currently in Price Lists. This will save a lot of time and mental calculations

    Hi there,

    You can enable an automatically round off option by going to Settings→ Preferences → General → and check this option “Round off total to the nearest whole number for sales transactions”

  13. Bills - Expected Payment Date

    When you have generated an Invoice for a client, you then have the option to apply the 'expected payment date'

    It would be great we had the same things for BILLS: reminders and expected payment date for BILLS that we generate.

    Making managing bills easier and better timely payments when required.

  15. CRM/BOOKS: Attach a Specific Books Estimate to a Potential

    The use of a Trigger to Create an Estimate in Books is perfect but we also need the ability to attach a Potential to existing Estimate in Books.

  16. Split and expense or deposit to different categories.

  17. Same templates for retainer invoices and invoice

    We only have 1 template for the retainer Invoice. Is it possible to add more ? Like light edition for invoice.

  19. Estimate Tracking

    So Zoho Sign has this cool feature where when you send a document to somebody to sign, you get an email notification saying that the other person has viewed your document. Can we get something like this for Zoho Books?

    Hi all, 



    We now have the icon that notifies that the Invoices, Estimates and Retainer Invoice email has been viewed by the customer. To enable this option, navigate to Settings > Emails > Email Insights > enable the option Track the emails sent to your customers.
