    What kind of company doesn't respond since 2015? This is a big deal! .. I'll be leaving Zoho if we don't get some feedback here NOW!

    VERY frustrating. We are liking Zoho but this basic capability not being implemented is a massive oversite. Zoho - the operating system for small business (as long as your customers only have one location and don't pay several invoices with one check, etc. etc.)

    ZOHO Please update this!! Such a hassle. Many of our customers have one AR dept that pays the bills for all locations, but they still need to track their invoices to each location.

    We also have this same problem. We need to bill the corporate office but send product to each individual location. Trying to charge credit cards multiple times to pay invoices often results in a decline due to the frequency of the charges.

    It would be great to assign a billing contact to the parent and child accounts and group invoices into one payment and generate a consolidated invoice for the customer.
