    This thread is almost 5 years old! This needs to be implemented ASAP! I have two other businesses that I can't move to Zoho due to this limitation.

    Yes, please make this an option for when a client chooses to pay by credit card!

    I second this. This has always been an option in QuickBooks Online, and if I realized I couldn't make these selections at the invoice level I would not have switched.

    We have invoices for expense that are sent out for reimbursement without markup. We normally only allow these to be paid by EFT, not credit card. In QuickBooks we would just uncheck the credit card option and leave EFT checked. Now we are losing 2.9% plus fees on every invoice we send out if they chose to pay by credit card, which most do, given the choice.
