    I wish Zoho actually cared about implementing the deposit feature. They've given customers the run-around for 11 years. It was coming then, and they say it's coming now... but nothing! I think they have their roadmap and are completely unwilling to stray from it.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In Zoho Invoice, you can manage deposits using the “Retainer Invoices” section. If you are not able to view this section on the leftmost pane, you can enable it under Settings > Preferences > General.

    The only thing holding us back from using Zoho Invoice is the way deposits are handled. Check out FreshBooks for how it should be done...
