    I am in the early stages of adoption of Zoho One and it hit me- I have no protection against Zoho shutting down. So then I started looking at the various applications and it looks like backup is a manual process for several of them, if not all. I can't afford to bet my company on Zoho's financial success. I suppose this is the same for many cloud solutions. I would like to see an automated backup across all Zoho One applications so I have a recovery possibility if the company shut down one day.

  2. Provide turnkey integration for Zoho One users- between CRM, Inventory and Books (at a minimum). Replace elaborate procedure with a button!
