Yes! We need to be able to change a billing date very quickly as a "ONE TIME" status. Instead of creating a new subscription, we need to be able to click on "Next Billing Date" and change it either a "One Time Change" Or "Recurring Change". This also needs to be able to move it Forward AND Backward in time. As ZOHO currently stands, you can't move a billing date forward in time. This is a major issue in the software. For example, if a customer's billing date is on the 25th of the month, you can't move it to the 24th. Many times, our customers have a need for a billing cycle that coincides with their pay schedule. They will call and ask if we can move their billing date up a few days or back a few days (as a one time charge). The "Change Billing Date" feature only lets you do this as a permanent change. Making this change should allow you to select "One Time" or "Recurring" and be able to select forward or backward from the billing date. This would solve so many of our problems.
