    transaction rules are really useful but without having the ability to apply tags also, it still adds a lot of work to add tags manually

    If you add the capability to have columns also be populated with "options" from the "tags" that we have set, that would win my vote.

    I use a tag for "properties" and the options are the addresses of the properties: "1234 main street", "323 Cedar Street". This helps me see the P&L for each of my properties at a glance. Quickbooks does this using classes. Zoho is almost there. It just needs this reporting feature added.
