In previous accounting software we've used, you can search items by any part of the name. I've noticed in Zoho you must type out the name exactly as written for it to appear as a choice. This is really difficult for companies with many sales items and services. In other software, the word you type will pull up any and all items with that word within the item name, even if it's not the first word. This would be a huge help for those invoicing all day long.
