Hi there,
We appreciate you taking the time to explain it to us. I agree, the system shouldn’t have regularly prompted to use our Authenticator app, given the fact that you’re already using Google Authenticator.

have been using since mid 2018 abouts.
It's getting annoying to keep asking me to setup 2FA using your proprietary zoho 2FA app when I already have 2FA working using a 3rd party app (in my case sucessfully using Authy)
