    please add 2-letter state codes for USA. You can replace the full names with the 2-letter state code. That is what everyone uses here.

    This is a critical item for us to recommend this product instead of Zuora for clients managing annual or multi-year subscriptions. In accordance with GAAP, revenue cannot be booked until it is earned. It's acceptable to do this monthly, so all but the first month's worth of subscription is booked to a current liability account called deferred revenue. Each month, revenue is credited and deferred revenue is debited based upon the pro-rata amount of the subscription. (monthly=total amount / term in months)

    This would be so useful for contractors as well to be able to submit invoices for time on projects to which they are assigned as well as expenses.

    Another way to solve my problem would be to allow the reporting of project time in Zoho Expense.

  4. On printed checks add trailing "*******" to written amount and leading "**$" to numerical amount for fraud protection like QuickBooks does.
