    I'd like to add ... a simple option to activate warranty.
    E.g. you have serial number tracking already in Zoho why not simply add an extension so that either the seller or buyer can "activate" the product. Similar to when you buy an iPhone, the moment its activated the warranty counts, regardless if that product was sold to a shop 6 months ago.
