    surely you could use a normal printer and just print an invoice each time as a receipt for this. I'd change paper size to A5 when creating a custom invoice template.

    This should be optional though as some subscription models will still need to cancel if it goes through the dunning process for that invoice. In my opinion it is not good practice to keep rolling a balance over and to still provide the service/product.
