    Yes! Still happening. Customers confused by Balance Due when we ask for a 50% deposit on all jobs.

    Need a line that fills in how much of a deposit was paid on the invoice.
    Our customers always pay a deposit. When I send them a final paid in full invoice, they think I have charged their card double since there is no note of a deposit being paid previously.
