I'm very concerned to find that we can't bill in advance. I'm thinking I made a horrible decision to migrate our existing subscription service to ZOHO Subscription. We're an ISP, and our customers need to be billed BEFORE their due date. To make the matter even worse, Zoho Subscription doesn't even offer a way for the customer to make an advance payment and have it automatically tie to their account as a credit or overpayment. To work around this we've got a "Quick Pay" form that customers can use to make a payment and then we have to manually apply the payment as an overpayment to the customer's account. This is not scalable. Most businesses with recurring billing expect their customer to pay BEFORE the due date, not to generate the bill the day that it's due.
I wasn't feeling that bad about this issue until I found this forum and saw that hundreds of other people need this just as much as I do and ZOHO isn't even replying to the thread. If ZOHO doesn't reply to this thread soon I think I will need to move our business elsewhere.Kody supported this idea ·
