    Validation Rules and Dependant fields are an absolute must in order for me to help you gain adoption from my users. We are coming off of Concur and while I appreciate many aspects of the Zoho Suite of tools, they are lacking in key areas like this. Keep the development pressure on is my advice. You have a great thing going and I have confidence in you!
