Hi Jesper,
Thank you for your feedback.
This is possible using Zoho Expense, which is our expense reporting application.
Zoho Expense primarily helps you manage your employee expenses in situations where they have to report their expenses to the company and get it approved by their managers and later get it reimbursed. The employees can create expenses as billable to the customers too.
Zoho Expense is integrated with Zoho Invoice. When an expense report is approved, the expenses in the report will be moved to Zoho Invoice automatically.
To access Zoho Expense, kindly click on the below link.
Feel free to contact us at support@zohoexpense.com for further assistance.

At the moment, your system forces me to create an invoice to myself and all "non-billable" expenses have to manually be converted to billable and assigned to my own company to create anything that vaguely forms an invoice. But this then screws up my figures
Anonymous supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedHi Reshma - Zoho Expense is not useful when you are self-employed. Zoho Expense is aimed at employees submitting expenses to their employers and is a whole different process flow. I, like Jesper, want to be able to export my receipt images in a report format for a given period of time. For me, this is to give them to my accountant.

Hello everyone,
Zoho Invoice can help you generate the ‘Payments Received’ and ‘Expense details’ report but it doesn’t have the ability to generate a’ Profit and Loss’ report as such. However, you can easily do this with Zoho Books.
Zoho Books is a single application that can help you with both invoicing and bookkeeping (and hence comes with P&L report). If you already have a Zoho Invoice organization, migrating to Zoho Books is such a breeze. You can refer this link to know the exact steps:

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI recently had to manually work out which timesheet entries related to which invoices because there is no proper linking. This took ages and is completely unnecessary.

This would potentially avoid problems with invoice emails getting caught in spam traps. This would be a very good idea!
